Clicking on it results in playing a "farting" sound effect. There is also a game mode where the player can "inflate" the character. Doing so will result with a disturbing image of a girl with long hair and a white dress to appear, with a loud scream playing. The app has been removed for unknown reasons, but the deletion might be caused due to the shocking content.
