The video gained over 1 million views, (almost all from Hispanic countries) and remakes of the song were made. In 2022, he made a sequel of ''The Gnome in the Asphault'', called [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vpJMbqPF_Y ''A vingança do gnomo''] (roughly ''The gnome's revenge'') and an finale that simply goes by ''The Gnome in the Asphault 3''.
