In {{PouG}}, the player has the option to go '''outside''' {{PouC}}'s [[house]]. There are several areas that the player can visit. The player can access this area by pressing "Outside" on the [[Hall]]. The player can change the [[scene]] by customizing it in the [[Shop]]. The [[Phone]] can also be accessed here.
The [[house]] is where the player's Pou lives. By default, it has white walls, a red triangle roof, and a red rounded door, however, the player can customize it. Pressing "Enter" results in Pou entering the [[Game Room]].

Pou's [[pets|pet]] can be seen outside. When the player drags their finger, Pou and the pet's eyes will look at it. Pressing "Walk" opens the [[minigame]] [[Pet Walk]].

Pou's [[garden]] has five flowers that wither from time to time. The player can water them with the [[cloud]]. The cloud can also be used to clean a dirty Pou, but this method would give out less coins than with a [[showers|shower]] and [[soap]] in the [[Bathroom]]. The players can also customize the flowers in the Shop.

The [[playground]] is composed of two minigames, [[Goal]] and [[Pool]]. Both have the same objective; to launch an object (a [[balls|ball]] and a [[floaters|floater]] respectively) to a highlighted area. As the score increases, the target will begin to move faster. The player loses their score if the object fails to hit the goal. Each successful shot gives out {{Coin|1}}.

Pou's [[garage]] is also divided into two, containing both Pou's [[car]] (with the pet) and [[skateboard]]. Both vehicles can be customized in the shop, but the car's engine speed, suspensions, and tires can be upgraded. Pressing "Drive" near the car will open the minigame [[Hill Drive]]. Pressing "Skate" near the skateboard opens a selection of two minigames, [[Cliff Dash]] and [[Cliff Jump]].
