Poos are small, multi-colored feces Pou occasionally gets when it becomes dirty in the Bathroom. When touching a Poo, it will disappear and will give 
5 to the player. They can be collected as a way of obtaining coins.
Poos appear randomly after a period of time when Pou is dirty. Poo colors are randomized and do not affect anything. They have two eyes that randomly look at the player's finger direction. When the player taps somewhere that is not the Poo or one of the buttons, the Poos' eyes will look in the direction where the screen is tapped, similar to Pou. However, their pupils do not have smooth animation and instead instantly move towards the edges of their eyes.
They also make a cameo in the minigame Find Pou inside the wrong cups. When a cup with a Poo is moved up, the game ends.
Colors
The Poos can appear in every color Pou has, but not the colors Black, White, Grey, Pink and Brown. All Poos come in a darker shade than Pou.

Trivia
- Contrary to popular belief, Pou is not a Poo, but an alien.
- It is also false that Pou has children. Initially, Poos are just objects which yield Coins just after Pou gets dirty.
- In older versions of the game, Poos used to appear in every room Pou goes, but now, Pou only defecates in the bathroom.
- When the player exits the game (or accesses the Recent Apps screen) and returns, the Poos will change position and color, but the number would be the same.
